It is recommended to have a 20-30 second freestanding handstand to participate in this workshop.

This prerequisite will allow you to get the most from the workshop. If you aren’t there yet, you may still participate and learn the theory and foundation. However, please recognize that you might be limited in some of the actual exercises and drills you are able to do.

 F.A.Q.

I can't hold a 30 second freestanding handstand, can I still join?

You can still participate, but just be aware that some of the exercises might be a bit more difficult for you to perform. However, you will still get the theory and knowledge that you need and can continue to work toward them in your own practice.

Do I need to take notes during the workshop?

If you want to get an A on your test; yes. Bahaha, no you don’t need to, but can if you like to. It’s also totally fine to film and take fotos during the workshop, but please tag @ulrikonhands on instagram
