Format
First part of the workshop we will go trhough the fundamentals of two arm work. This includes tuck and 7 holds, transitioning from different shapes and press to handstand.
Then we will introduce the sideways-plane with weight shifts and block excersises. Before focus changes to spending time in fingertip support and one arm holds.
We will work both with a wall to similate how training alone will be, and we will use partners as spotters.
The goal with this workshop is for you to get an understand of how to train towards a one arm on your own.
Prereqs
The one arm handstand is an advanced skill. For this workshop to make sense, it would be reccomended to be able to do a 1min+ freestanding striaght handstand with good form, and be able to move your legs around in different shapes like tuck and 7 holds.
If in doubt if this is for you, feel free to send me an email or message me on instagram.

F.a.q.

Yes. You will need the following:
one pair of handstand blocks (bring more if you have)
yogamat (or something similar to stretch on)
yogablocks (if you own more than one pair, bring them)

The workshop will host a maximum of 14 people to ensure everyone will be seen.
What if I only have two out of the three prereqs, or am very close to achieving some of them, but don’t have them consistently?
If you don’t have 3 of 5 pre reqs I would recommend to join the intermedite workshop instead. Then work your ass off on join the advanced group next year.
