Prereqs

Handstand facing the wall for 30 seconds is recommended to get the most out of this workshop, but not a hard requirement to participate.

If you haven’t, at the time you read this, tried a handstand facing the wall, hurry up and get exposed to it and you will make that prereq before the workshop.

F.A.Q.

I can already do a freestanding handstand, but it’s inconsistent, will I benefit from this workshop?

Certainly! There is always something to improve upon, especially when revisiting the basics. We will also cover handstand alignment and how to make your practice more effective.

I have no gymnastics or athletic background, can I still participate?

Of course, this beginner handstand workshop is for all fitness levels, no experience needed. BUT you will get more value from this workshop if you allready can do a handstand facing the wall for 30 seconds.

I have a pre-existing injury, is it still safe to participate?

Please make sure you are cleared by your doctor before participating in this physical activity. I do not take responsibility
