San Diego - Intermediate Handstand Workshop

Take your handstand beyond the straight line

Do you already have a 20-30 second freestanding handstand but are not sure what to do next? Maybe you want better alignment, a longer hold, or the ability to make shapes? Or maybe you want to learn the steps to a press handstand? Join Ulrik for an intermediate handstand workshop.

This workshop is perfect for people who already have a freestanding handstand and are ready to bridge the gap from a more beginner to intermediate handbalancer.  F.A.Q.

I can't hold a 30 second freestanding handstand, can I still join?

You can still participate, but just be aware that some of the exercises might be a bit more difficult for you to perform. However, you will still get the theory and knowledge that you need and can continue to work toward them in your own practice.

Do I need to take notes during the workshop?

If you want to get an A on your test; yes. Bahaha, no you don’t need to, but can if you like to. It’s also totally fine to film and take fotos during the workshop, but please tag @ulrikonhands on instagram
