Open level handstand workshop

Have you practiced handstands for a while and working on refining your form, consistency, shapes or press?
Or maybe you have just started out and want to learn the fundamentels for a better practice.
In either case you will get great value from this 2-days handstand workshop with Ulrik.

This open level workshop will go over two days, where day one will focus on developing relevant shoulder mobility, alignement and balance in a straight handstand, and moving on towards different shapes.
On day two there will be some repetition from day 1, then we will continue with more advanced shapes, and press to handstand training. There will also be time for self practice with feedback and Q&A.

It’s possible to sign-up for just one day as well.

Who is this for?

This is an open level workshop where day 1 is the most fundamental aimed towards people who are working on balancing in straight with good form.

Day 2 is best for people who have allready spent some time on hands. But if you are a beginner we will be spotting eachother, and you will also get value from seeing what comes later in your practice if you stick to the training.
